Men’s Soccer 

Oct. 2 vs. Life Pacific: Win, 5-0

The Master’s University men’s soccer team cruised to a five-goal victory against Life Pacific University on Thursday at Reese Field.  Trent Rickard headlined the Mustangs' offensive attack, pouring in three goals.  Peyton Gorans and Hidenori Akasaka added the other two goals for TMU.  For a full recap, visit this link.

Oct. 4 vs. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University: Win, 2-0

The Master’s University men’s soccer team blanked Embry-Riddle 2-0 on Saturday at Reese Field.  The Mustangs kept the pressure on for the full 90, outshooting the Eagles 24-10.  On the individual side, Trent Rickard and Zach Rodriguez both added a goal, while Kai Terentieff and Michael Masimango each had an assist.  For a full recap, visit this link.

 

Women’s Soccer 

Oct. 2 vs. Life Pacific: Win, 5-1

The Master’s University women’s soccer team dominated Life Pacific 5-1 on Thursday at Reese Field.  TMU embarrassed LPU in the shot column, outshooting them 36-9.  Individually, Breanna Fajardo scored two goals while Maddy Traylor, Sasha Redshaw, and Zaria Echemendia each added one.  For a full recap, visit this link.

 

 Oct. 4 vs. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University: Loss, 2-0

The Master’s University women’s soccer team was shut out 2-0 on Saturday at Reese Field against Embry-Riddle.  This loss snapped the Mustangs' seven-game winning streak and was their first conference loss of the year.  For a full recap, visit this link.

 

Women’s Volleyball 

Oct. 3 at Benedictine University Mesa: Win, 3-2

The Master’s University women’s volleyball team won a five-set thriller against Benedictine University Mesa on Friday in Mesa, Ariz.  The Mustangs had four players with double-digit kills, led by Isabella Amet, who had a career-high 19, but only hit .181 as a team.  For a full recap, visit this link.

 

Oct. 4 at Park-Gilbert University: Win: 3-0

The Master’s University women’s volleyball team swept Park-Gilbert on Saturday in Mesa, Ariz.  TMU hit .294 over the three sets, while Macy Gebhards, Isabella Amet, and Krista Brady all had ten kills.  The TMU defense also held the Buccaneers to a .071 team hitting percentage.  For a full recap, visit this link.

  

Men’s Cross Country 

Pomona-Pitzer Invitational:

The Master’s University men’s cross country team took home a second-place finish on Saturday at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in Claremont, Calif.  TMU also had two runners finish in the top three, as Brogan Collins captured first and Jack Anderson took home third.  For a full recap, visit this link.

 

 Women’s Cross Country 

Pomona-Pitzer Invitational: 

The Master’s University women’s cross country team finished in fifth place on Saturday at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in Claremont, Calif.  Suzie Johnson took home first place for the second race in a row, followed by Alyssa Lovett, who finished in 13th.  For a full recap, visit this link

The Master’s University Men’s and Women’s swim and dive teams participated in the Rodionoff Invite in Malibu, Calif., on Saturday.  Unfortunately, there is no information regarding the individual or team results of the event at this time.
